Abstract
A battery pack, comprising a housing (1) providing a cell stack room (2) having a first interior surface (3) and a second interior surface (4) opposite the first interior surface. A cell stack (5) is arranged in the cell stack room (2) between the first and the second interior surfaces (3, 4). The cell stack (5) comprises a plurality of battery cells (6) arranged in a stack extending in an X axis. The X axis is at least substantially parallel with the first and the second interior surfaces (3, 4). The cell stack (5) is attached by an adhesive layer (7) to the first interior surface and the second interior surface.
