Abstract

An electrical plug is disclosed which can be connected in a plugging direction to an electrical plug socket module, the plug socket module comprising, in a first configuration, a plug socket with a socket latching element and, in a second configuration, the plug socket as well as a frame, connected to the plug socket, with a frame latching element, the electrical plug comprising:a plug contact region, arranged on a plug body, with at least one electrical contact for establishing an electrical connection between the plug and at least one corresponding electrical mating contact of the plug socket;a lever structure extending at least partially in the plugging direction and being deflectable substantially perpendicularly to the plugging direction at least between a first latching position and a second latching position;and, arranged on the lever structure,a first plug latching element, configured to lock the plug to the socket latching element when the lever structure is in the first latching position; anda second plug latching element, configured to lock the plug to the frame latching element when the lever structure is in the second latching position;whereinthe first plug latching element is configured not to lock the plug to the socket latching element in the second latching position.A corresponding plug socket module is moreover disclosed.
