Abstract
A brush unit abuts on a shaft conductive part provided on a rotary shaft to electrically connect a housing and the shaft conductive part. The brush unit includes a holder, a brush abutting on the shaft conductive part via a first opening part provided in the holder, a spring, a tubular sleeve holding the brush, an electrode, and a wiring connecting the brush and the electrode. The electrode is sandwiched between a second projecting part of the holder and the sleeve.
