Abstract
A cutting and attaching system for a screen protector (200S) having a high hardness is provided, and includes a cutting apparatus (100), a universal sheet (200) having a hardness of at least 5H, and a film applicator (400). The cutting apparatus (100) can perform a cutting process to the universal sheet (200) through a cutter (1) thereof according to the film applicator (400) and a mobile apparatus (M), thereby forming a screen protector (200S) that is suitable to be applied to the film applicator (400) and the mobile apparatus (M).
