Abstract

A display device (DD) includes a transistor (T1), a capacitor (C1) electrically connected to the transistor (T1) and including a first capacitor electrode (CPE1) including a first conductive layer (ML1) and a plasma-treated layer (PTL) disposed on the first conductive layer (ML1) and a second capacitor electrode (CPE2) disposed on the first capacitor electrode (CPE1) and including a second conductive layer (ML2), and an insulating layer (IL2) disposed between the first capacitor electrode (CPE1) and the second capacitor electrode (CPE2).
