Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of solar cells, and provide a solar cell, a method for preparing the solar cell, and a photovoltaic module. The includes: providing a cell sheet, where the cell sheet includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a plurality of first grid lines arranged on the first surface, and a plurality of second grid lines arranged on the second surface, where orthogonal projections of the first grid lines on the first surface do not overlap with orthogonal projections of the second grid lines on the first surface; performing a first laser processing on the first surface on two sides of a respective first grid line of the plurality of first grid lines, and applying a first reverse current between the plurality of first grid lines and the plurality of second grid lines, where a ratio of laser power of the first laser processing to preset power ranges from 1 to 1.1, and a ratio of the first reverse current to a preset current ranges from 1 to 1.25. The solar cell, the method for preparing the solar cell, and the photovoltaic module according to the embodiments of the present disclosure are at least beneficial to improving the efficiency of the solar cell.
