Abstract
A control device for a meat processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a position information acquisition unit configured to acquire position information of meat in time-series imaging data including the meat during meat processing; a positional deviation detection unit configured to detect the presence or absence of a positional deviation of the meat during the meat processing, based on a difference between the position information of the meat at a reference time and the position information of the meat at a latest time; and a correction command output unit configured to, when the positional deviation detection unit detects the positional deviation, output a control command to correct a position of the meat to a positional deviation correction device for correcting the positional deviation of the meat.
