Abstract
A helmet (10) includes a helmet shell (20), a force-receiving member (30), and a force-dispersing member (40). The helmet shell (20) comprises a rigid outer cover (21) and a buffer layer (24) disposed on an inner surface (22) of the rigid outer cover (21). The force-receiving member (30) is exposed on an outer surface (23) of the rigid outer cover (21). The force-dispersing member (40) is embedded within the buffer layer (24) and connected to the force-receiving member (30). Through the force-dispersing member (40), the impact force exerted on the helmet shell (20) or the force-receiving member (30) can be dispersed, thereby providing effective buffering protection to the head of the wearer.
