Abstract

The present invention provides a tightening device and an item having a tightening device, relating to the technical field of laced article. The tightening device includes a rotating assembly and a base assembly. The rotating assembly includes a rotating member and a sliding base. The sliding base is configured to connect to the strap and is provided with an accommodating cavity. The sliding base is provided with an opening. Part of the rotating member is disposed in the accommodating cavity, and the rotating member is provided with a gear. The base assembly includes a base body. The base body is slidably connected to the sliding base. The base body is provided with a slide track. The slide track is provided with locking grooves therein. The gear is capable of meshing with the locking grooves. The rotating member rotates to move the gear along the plurality of locking grooves. The tightening device provided in the present invention can drive the rotating member to rotate along a first preset rotation direction to drive the gear to move along the plurality of locking grooves, so as to adjust a length of the strap, thereby facilitating tightness adjustment of the item and improving convenience of the product.
