Abstract
The bone fixation screw (10) for spinal implantation features an elongated body (11) that extends between two opposite ends: the first end (14) and the second end (16). The elongated body (11) is designed with a first threaded portion (13) at the first end (14), a second threaded portion (15) at the second end (16) and a nonthreaded intermediate portion (17) with constant diameter (D) between said threaded portions (13, 15). Additionally, there is a fixation kit (30) that includes multiple fixing screws (10) and several screw-to-rod connection elements (20, 60).
