Abstract
The invention discloses a device, namely an injector (100), for Descement Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK) comprising a main body, wherein the main body comprises • a first compartment as transportation and storage section comprising a central axis in longitudinal extension of the main body; • a second compartment (C1, C2) as insertion section comprising a central axis in longitudinal direction of the main body; and • a first and a second opening (C4, C3); wherein the central axis (C5) of the first compartment does not coincide with the central axis (C6) of the second compartment. Further the invention discloses a method for preparing a tissue graft for DSAEK.
