Abstract
An absorbent article comprising a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, and an absorbent core which comprises absorbent material and which is positioned between the liquid pervious topsheet and the liquid impervious backsheet; said absorbent article having a first and second longitudinal edge and a first and second transverse edge; wherein the absorbent article comprises a waist pocket positioned near the first transverse edge. The absorbent article may further have a second waist pocket. The waist pocket includes hydrophilic nonwoven(s).
