Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of solid anhydrous compositions that are dedicated to be applied on a surface, among others on leather, on metal, on ski soles, and on body surfaces like skin or hair. In particular it relates to the use of a dry mixture as an anti-sweating agent in solid anhydrous compositions, wherein the dry mixture comprises at least one polyol and a fibrous material being a chemically unmodified plant pulp comprising cellulose of natural origin and obtained from plants as an anti-sweating-agent in a solid anhydrous composition, wherein the fibrous material is mechanically obtained from plant pulp, and the plant pulp cellulose and the fibrous material cellulose have not been chemically modified, and the fibrous material comprises more than 10 wt% xylose referred to the total weight of the fibrous material. Moreover, it relates to a solid anhydrous personal care composition comprising the dry mixture as an anti-sweating agent.
