Abstract
The present invention relates to the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer, incl. metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in human populations, employing a dosage regimen which includes a short infusion of arfolitixorin, i.e. [6R]-5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate ([6R]-MTHF) in connection with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) based chemotherapy.
