Abstract

The invention is directed to a ski pole controlling device for controlling a swing of the ski pole during use. The ski pole controlling device comprises: a clip device removably connected to the ski pole, and an elastic band for connecting a hand of a skier to the ski pole. The elastic band comprising a first end section and a second end section, wherein the first end section is connectable to the ski pole, and the second end section is connectable to the hand of the skier, the middle section of the elastic band between the first end section and the second end section defines a working section of the elastic band. The clip device comprises a locking device for removable locking the clip device to the ski pole, and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the length of the working section of the elastic band.
