Abstract
Methods for producing a laminated article and a laminate including an internal glass film that is resistant to breakage are provided. A method for producing a printed wiring board and a method for producing a semiconductor package that use the method for producing a laminate are provided. The method for producing a laminated article includes the following step (1): (1) disposing a prepreg having a surface waviness (Wa) of 5.0 µm or less, on one surface or both surfaces of a glass film, so as to produce a laminated article.
