Abstract

A switch control apparatus includes: a controller configured to generate a safety signal, an enable signal, and a first reset signal; a timer circuit configured to receive the safety signal, to further receive the first reset signal via a first node, and to generate a second reset signal; and a latch circuit configured to receive each of the safety signal and the enable signal, to further receive a third reset signal based on at least one of the first reset signal or the second reset signal via a second node, and to generate a retain signal, wherein in the switch control apparatus, a first path including the first node, the timer circuit, and the second node, and a second path including the first node and the second node are formed, and the second path is different from the first path.
