Abstract

The present invention provides a polyamide composite material and an application thereof. The polyamide composite material includes, in parts by mass, the following components: 35-82 parts of a polyamide resin, 5-45 parts of a reinforcing material, and 5-25 parts of an organic phosphonate flame retardant. A water-soluble acid value of the organic phosphonate flame retardant is 0.1-0.3 mg KOH/g. According to the present invention, by adopting an organic phosphonate flame retardant with a low acid value, occurrence of dialkylphosphinic acid released during decomposition in a high-temperature process can be slowed down, so that the quantity of mold deposits produced by the polyamide composite material in an injection molding process is significantly reduced, thereby improving injection molding production efficiency. Meanwhile, the polyamide composite material has a significantly reduced content of water-boiling precipitates, and excellent heat and humidity resistance stability, which prolongs its service life under hot and humid conditions.
