Abstract

An ultraviolet-curable composition containing at least a radically polymerizable compound, a polymerization initiator, and a solvent, wherein the radically polymerizable compound is free from an emulsion polymer and is present in the form of particles, the ultraviolet-curable composition further contains resin particles having a urethane skeleton, and the resin particles having a urethane skeleton are free from a polymerizable functional group and have a glass transition temperature of -10°C or lower. An ultraviolet-curable composition containing a radically polymerizable compound, resin particles having a urethane skeleton, a polymerization initiator, a surfactant, and a solvent, wherein the radically polymerizable compound is present in the form of particles, the resin particles having a urethane skeleton are free from a polymerizable functional group and have a glass transition temperature of -10°C or lower, and the ultraviolet-curable composition contains a silicone-based surfactant as the surfactant.
