Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of household appliances, and specifically, to a display module (3) for a household appliance (200). The display module (3) includes a light-emitting element (31); and a decorative assembly (30) having a display region (301) configured to display a light effect and a non-display region (302) adjacent to the display region. The display module is configured to enable light emitted by the light-emitting element to generate a light effect with a predetermined light-intensity change. In a first state of the household appliance, the light-emitting element does not emit the light and the display region has a first display effect different from that of the non-display region. In a second state of the household appliance different from the first state, the light-emitting element emits the light, so that the display region displays a second display effect including the light effect with the predetermined light-intensity change. Through the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, different display effects can be achieved in different states of the household appliance. The present invention further relates to a corresponding control module and display panel for the household appliance, and a household appliance.
