Abstract

An isolation system (100) is provided comprising a room (10) defining a housing volume delimited by a floor, walls and a ceiling and including at least one first access (11) and one second access (12) in fluid passage connection with the outside, of which at least one includes a door framed by a jamb and/or a corridor; at least two isolation devices (1,1') each configured to isolate a respective access (11, 12) from the external environment, and of which at least one includes a booth (2) suitable for being positioned on the floor adjacent to the door or within the corridor, suitable for containing at least temporarily a user in transit along a walking direction (2a) and including a frame (20) delimiting a containment space for the user, a flexible membrane (21) covering the frame (20) so as to isolate the space, an entrance (22) and an exit (23) made on the membrane (21) and configured to be reversibly opened by the user; main pressurization means (13) configured to introduce and withdraw air from the volume; wherein the booth (2) comprises first coupling means (24) integral to one between the frame (20) and the membrane (21) and configured to frame the jamb or to contact perimeterally with the entire corridor so as to hermetically seal the door or the corridor with the booth (2); and the main pressurization means (13) pressurize the volume and are configured to impose a pressure gradient between the volume and the environment outside the room (10) selectively negative or positive.
