Abstract
A display panel drive mechanism (100; 100A) includes a first link mechanism (1) including a first arm member (11), a second arm member (12) and a third arm member (13) that are coupled to the first arm member, and a fourth arm member (14) coupled to the second arm member. The first arm member, the second arm member, and the fourth arm member are pivotally coupled to the display panel (200). The third arm member and the fourth arm member are pivotally coupled to a base portion (300) located behind the display panel. A maximum length (L1) of the fourth arm member is longer than a maximum length (L2) of the third arm member.
