A controller (C) obtains first information on a heating load of the indoor unit (20) and second information on a cooling load of the cooling unit (50), and outputs a control signal for changing at least one of a heating capability of the indoor unit (20) and a cooling capability of the cooling unit (50) based on the first information and the second information.
