Abstract

Methods, apparatuses, and products for automatic deployment of a multi-region cloud fleet, including: receiving a request to generate a cloud fleet in a cloud computing environment, wherein the request comprises: data indicating a plurality of selectable regions for the cloud fleet and a resource allocation indicating an amount of computational resources to be allocated for the cloud fleet; determining, based at least on a capacity of the plurality of selectable regions, a cloud computing instance distribution across at least one region of the plurality of selectable regions and satisfying the resource allocation, wherein the cloud computing instance distribution describes, for each region of the at least one region, a corresponding group of cloud computing instances to be created for the cloud fleet; and creating, in each region of the at least one region, the corresponding group of cloud computing instances described in the cloud computing instance distribution.
