Abstract

The application relates to method comprising receiving a plurality of images of vessels, the plurality of images being obtained from different viewing angles relative to the vessels. In each of the plurality of images and for a first vessel (200) of the vessels, a distance of different points along the first vessel (200) relative to a reference location at the first vessel is determined and in each of the plurality of images, and at each of the different points, a parameter of the first vessel for blood flow through the first vessel(200) is determined, providing, for each of the plurality of images, a data sequence indicating the parameter relative to a distance to the reference location. A sequence alignment of the data sequences obtained for the plurality of images is carried providing aligned data sequences. An aggregated representation (250) of the first vessel is determined based on the aligned data sequences, and a flow parameter is determined for the first vessel from the aggregated representation.
