Abstract

A detection circuit (300, 400, 600, 900) includes an input circuit (310, 410, 610, 910) and a sensing circuit (320, 420, 620, 920). The input circuit (310, 410, 610, 910) includes a first input node (In_1) and a second input node (In_2). The first input node (In_1) is coupled to a first detection node and the second input node (In_2) is coupled to a second detection node. The sensing circuit (320, 420, 620, 920) includes a current source (321) providing a predetermined current. The sensing circuit (320, 420, 620, 920) generates a sensing voltage at an output node (Out) in response to the predetermined current. The first detection node directly contacts the second detection node or is electrically connected to the second detection node through a trace, and the sensing voltage is related to an impedance between the first detection node and the second detection node.
