Abstract

A method for producing a library that includes a plurality of types of aperiodic polymers, each of the aperiodic polymers being an aperiodic polymer, and the method including: generating that is generating a plurality of types of the aperiodic polymers by combining two or more types of monomers selected from a monomer group; evaluating that is evaluating, by using an evaluation function, diversity in a combination of the generated plurality of types of the aperiodic polymers; and extracting that is extracting a combination of the aperiodic polymers for which an evaluation result is equal to or greater than a threshold value. The evaluation function is a function for evaluating diversity based on two or more types of parameters.
