Abstract

Coplanar waveguide spurline filter and non-linear superconducting circuit comprising such a filter A coplanar waveguide spurline filter comprises a first coplanar waveguide end, a filter section (GSSG) and a second coplanar waveguide end, said filter section (GSSG) being connected at one end to said first coplanar waveguide end, and at the other end to said second coplanar waveguide end, in which the cross section of said filter section (GSSG) is comprised of a first ground portion, a first gap having a first gap width, a first signal portion having a first width, a separation gap having a separation width, a second signal portion having a second width, a second gap having a second gap width and a second ground portion, said first ground portion, said first signal portion, said second signal portion and said second ground portion being obtained by depositing a superconducting metal on a dielectric substrate, said filter section defining a band-stop filter in which the central frequency is defined by the length of the filter section.
