Abstract

The invention relates to a device for connecting an electric cable having an insulating sheath surrounding a conductive core, the device comprising: • a connection housing comprising means for receiving the electrical cable and a connecting hole, and • a connection pin extending longitudinally along an X-axis between a distal end and a proximal end and intended to cooperate with the connecting hole during an implementation of the connecting device, in which the connection pin has a complementary section of a section of the connecting hole, and a cutting element extending protruding from a first lateral external face of the connection pin, the cutting member being configured to extend partially into the receiving means, when implementing the electric connection, so as to cut a thickness of the insulating sheath and come into contact with the conductive core of the electric cable.
