Abstract

An in-vehicle device (21-1) mounted on a hub vehicle (20-1) that serves as a hub that provides data, the in-vehicle device (21-1) comprising a control unit (213-1) configured to: receive predetermined data relating to a predetermined area from an information processing device (10); generate a Service Set Identifier (SSID) including a time stamp of a time when the predetermined data are acquired or generated and area information for identifying the predetermined area; and transmit the predetermined data to a client vehicle (20-2) that receives the data provided from the hub vehicle (20-1) when the client vehicle (20-2) determines to acquire the predetermined data based on the time stamp and the area information included in the SSID.
