Abstract
The present invention relates to a solar cell unit (S1) comprising at least a solar cell (Sc1) and at least a memristor (M1). The memristor (M1) is connected in parallel to the solar cell (Sc1). Furthermore, the invention relates to a photovoltaic module (P) with a string of solar cell units.
