Abstract

An apparatus (10) for producing a perovskite solar cell that includes: a perovskite precursor application device (11) configured to apply a perovskite precursor ink onto a substrate (18) to form a perovskite precursor film (19); a drying device (12) configured to dry the perovskite precursor film (19); a poor-solvent application device (13) configured to apply a poor solvent (17) from a slit nozzle (120) to the perovskite precursor film (19) that has been dried in a direction perpendicular to the substrate (18) without contacting the perovskite precursor film (19); a transport device (14) configured to horizontally transport the substrate (18) to which the poor solvent (17) has been applied; a removal device (15) configured to remove the poor solvent (17) from the perovskite precursor film (19) that has been horizontally transported; and a baking device (16) configured to bake the perovskite precursor film (19) from which the poor solvent (17) has been removed.
