A dental prosthesis anchoring device, comprising an intermediate anchoring element (1) provided with a first surface (2) for anchoring to an overlying dental prosthesis (3) by means of a plurality of first anchoring points (4) and a second surface (5) for anchoring to at least one underlying dental implant by means of at least four second anchoring points (6).
