Abstract
The present invention relates to a film coated tablet formulation comprising a solid dispersion of ivacaftor and at least one pharmaceutical excipient wherein ivacaftor has a d (0.9) particle size between 5 µm and 25 µm. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient method of preparing the formulation.
