Abstract
The present invention relates to a mixture comprising or, alternatively, consisting of eight specific strains of bacteria and vitamin D. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a composition comprising said mixture and to the use thereof in therapy, preferably in a method of treatment, preventive or curative, of irritable bowel syndrome and/or disorders associated therewith, in IBS patients without constipation.
