Abstract

The invention refers to a vibronic sensor. Piezoelectric elements (3) are arranged in a stack forming a converting element (2). At least one connector (4) is located within grooves at the outside of the stack of piezoelectric elements (3) that are filled with an electrically conductive filling material (7). The piezoelectric elements (3) form two sub-stacks (11, 12) of the converting element (2) having a first side (21) and a second side (22). To each sub-stack (11, 12) are two connectors (4) associated that are located at different sides (21, 22). An electronic unit (23) receives electric signals from the converting element (2) and submits signals to the converting element (2) via the connectors (4) is such a way that connectors (4) located at a same side (21, 22) of the converting element (2) carry electric signals of different polarity.
