Abstract
A blank (30, 30A, 30B) includes a plurality of steel sheets. The plurality of steel sheets are disposed and joined to form two elongated parts (34L, 34R) and a coupling part (35). The plurality of steel sheets include a first steel sheet (31) and a second steel sheet (32). An end part of the second steel sheet (32) forms an overlap part (361) with an end part of the first steel sheet (31). The overlap part (361) has a largest sheet thickness (t<max>) in the blank (30, 30A, 30B). A surface (311, 321) of at least one of the first steel sheet (31) and the second steel sheet (32) that is located on an outer side of the overlap part (361) is subjected to a treatment for increasing the emissivity compared with at least one of other surfaces of the plurality of steel sheets.
