Abstract

A method for calibration of a printer for a transparent medium. The printer comprises a feed table for feeding media to a print surface comprising a vacuum system to suck media to the print surface, an area camera above the feed table for detecting fed media, and a print controller for controlling of printing on print media. The method comprises the step of placing a sheet with an indicator line on top of the feed table at the position of a trailing edge of the transparent medium.
