Abstract
System and method for managing electric vehicle charging stations are disclosed. The method includes receiving, at an application server from a plurality of electrical vehicle (EV) charging stations, data including real-time operational data of the charging stations; predicting, by the at least one processor of the application server, based on the received data and using a knowledge graph, an issue or a need for maintenance of an EV charging station of the plurality of EV charging station; generating, by the at least one processor of the application server, an alert or notification to convey the issue or the need for maintenance of the identified EV charging station; and initiating, by the at least one processor of the application server, an action to resolve the issue or need of the identified EV charging station.
