Abstract
Provided is a latex composition for dip molding that includes a carboxylated polymer latex with its unreacted carboxylic acid monomer in the latex is less than 2500ppm and a bi-functional epoxy crosslink agent with the molecular weight in the range of from 170 to 320. The combination of the polymer latex, the bi-functional epoxy crosslink agent and multivalent cation donor compounds such as zinc oxide and aluminum compound provides dipped product excellent qualities such as durability and aging stability.
