Abstract

The present invention relates to a modular building element for building a construction, comprising a first cover profile comprising a front face, a back face, a base portion, a first projection, a second projection and a third projection, the projections projecting from the base portion, and an insulation assembly comprising a first insulation part having a first side abutting the back face, and, the insulation assembly further comprising an opposite second side with two oppositely positioned end sides and two oppositely positioned contact sides, wherein each projection is formed of a first projection section extending perpendicular from the base portion, an intermediate portion, and a first protrusion extending from the projection section forming a stop face being parallel to and facing the base portion, the projection section being connected with the intermediate portion. Moreover, the present invention also relates to a modular building system.
