Abstract

The present disclosure provides a measurement application device for analyzing a device under test comprising at least two measurement inputs, wherein one of the measurement inputs is configured to acquire a test signal provided to the device under test by a signal generation device, and one of the measurement inputs is configured to acquire an output signal that is generated by the device under test in response to the test signal, and a signal analyzer that is coupled to the at least two measurement inputs and that is configured to determine at least a bit error rate for the device under test based on the test signal and the output signal prior to storing at least one of the test signal and the output signal in the measurement application device. The present disclosure further provides a respective measurement application system, and a respective method.
