Abstract
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present application are a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell comprises an electrode assembly and an insulating part for wrapping at least part of the electrode assembly, wherein the insulating part comprises a first insulating structure and a second insulating structure, the first insulating structure being of a hollow structure with an opening at an end, the hollow structure being used for accommodating the electrode assembly, and the second insulating structure being configured to cover the opening of the first insulating structure. By means of the battery cell, the battery and the electrical device of the embodiment of the present application, the reliability of the battery cell can be improved.
