Abstract

The present disclosure provides an integrated electrical connection device for a power distribution unit, the power distribution unit including a housing, multiple interfaces arranged on the housing, and multiple electrical components arranged in the housing, the integrated electrical connection device being arranged in the housing and electrically connecting the multiple interfaces to the multiple electrical components, wherein the integrated electrical connection device includes: busbar assemblies forming multiple layers, the busbar assembly forming each layer including at least one busbar; and an insulating film, arranged between busbar assemblies forming adjacent layers; wherein a busbar of one layer of the busbar assemblies forming multiple layers, and a busbar of another adjacent layer of the busbar assemblies forming multiple layers, at least partially overlap each other and have opposite current directions. The present disclosure further provides a power distribution unit, an electric drive system and a vehicle.
