Abstract

The present application discloses a seat frame and a seat unit. the seat frame includes a movable seat frame (100), the movable seat frame (100) includes a first side frame (110), a linkage mechanism (120), and an armrest member (130), the first side frame (110) includes a first longitudinal beam (111) and a main support member (112) connected to a lower end of the first longitudinal beam (111); the first longitudinal beam (111) is provided extending along a front-rear direction, the main support member (112) is configured to support on the ground; the linkage mechanism (120) is provided on a side of the first longitudinal beam (111) facing the linkage mechanism (120), and is configured to transform between a sitting position and a reclining position; the armrest member (130) is fixedly connected to a side of the first side frame (110) away from the linkage mechanism (120). In the present application, by the main support member (112) of the first side frame (110) supporting on the ground, the first longitudinal beam (111) being connected to the main support member (112) causes the first side frame (110) to provide a stable supporting effect on the linkage mechanism (120) and the armrest member (130), thereby replacing a design of using the armrest member (130) to support on the ground in traditional products, and further causing the overall seat frame to be more stable, effectively reducing occurrence of shaking, and further optimizing a consumer's user experience.
