Abstract

Embodiments are disclosed of an assembly (216, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 750) adapted to be attached to a biostimulator (100). The assembly (216, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 750) includes a flange (218, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702) adapted to be attached to a distal end of the biostimulator (100). The flange (218, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702) includes a base (308, 408, 508, 608, 708) adapted to be attached to the distal end of the biostimulator (100), and a hub (310, 410, 510, 610, 710) positioned on the base (308, 408, 508, 608, 708). The hub (310, 410, 510, 610, 710) has a proximal end (311), a distal end, an interior surface (312, 412, 512, 612, 712), and an exterior surface (314, 414, 514, 614, 714). The proximal end (311) of the hub (310, 410, 510, 610, 710) is attached to the base (308, 408, 508, 608, 708), and the exterior surface (314, 414, 514, 614, 714) includes a first attachment mechanism (316, 416, 516, 616, 716). A fixation mount (220, 304, 404, 504, 604, 704) is adapted to be attached to the flange (218, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702). The fixation mount (220, 304, 404, 504, 604, 704) includes a second attachment mechanism (324, 434, 534, 624, 726) to engage with the first attachment mechanism (316, 416, 516, 616, 716). An assembly lock (417, 625, 722) engages the first attachment mechanism (316, 416, 516, 616, 716) and the second attachment mechanism (324, 434, 534, 624, 726) to fasten the flange (218, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702) to the fixation mount (220, 304, 404, 504, 604, 704).
