Abstract

A yarn waste collection cyclone separator configured to suppress clogging of yarn wastes in an internal space is provided. A cyclone separator 30 includes: a first member and a second member (a side wall member 34 and a top panel member 36, and a top panel member 36 and an insertion member 51) defining an internal space 90 where a yarn waste Yw is separated from air; and joints (a first joint 81 and a second joint 82) where the first member and the second member are joined to each other. Between the internal space 90 and the joint, gap portions (the first gap portion 84 and the second gap portion 85) are formed to allow a yarn waste Yw to enter and leave the gap portion.
