Abstract
A cathode active material for a lithium secondary battery according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure includes a lithium-nickel metal oxide having secondary particles having a pseudo-single-crystal structure. The number of primary particles included in the secondary particle is 20 to 200. Among the primary particles, the number of primary particles having a major axis length of 0.8 µm or more is 20 to 80.
