Abstract
A flooring assembly comprising: a sub structure comprising a plurality of spaced apart joists (10), at least one of the joists having a joist cavity; a mount (100) having an extension (102) and a mounting portion (104, 106) attached to the extension; wherein the extension (106) is engaged at least partially within the joist cavity, with the mounting portion outside the joist cavity, for attachment of an upright structure to the mounting portion.
