Abstract

A device (60) may include an inner sleeve (66) having a cylindrical body (72) defined by a radially inner surface (74) and a radially outer surface (76). The device may include an outer sleeve (68) positioned outside of the inner sleeve (66), the outer sleeve (68) including at least one slit (82) extending axially along the outer sleeve (68). A device may include a rubber component (70) disposed between the radially outer surface (76) and the outer sleeve (68), wherein the rubber component (70) circumscribes at least a portion of the inner sleeve (66).
